Auch in Deutschland entscheiden sich immer mehr Menschen für Mango-Apfel-Chutney oder Soja-Medaillons statt für Bratwurst oder Schnitzel
also sojamedallions als schnitzelersatz versteh ich, aber apfel-mango-chutney als bratwurstersatz ergibt einfach keinen sinn.
Nichts gegen Fleisch - der Mensch ist biologisch gesehen ein Allesfresser und hat schon in der Steinzeit Fleisch von Tieren gegessen. Ist normal, ist in Ordnung, andere Tiere machen das ja auch. Aber ich mag nicht, wie die Viecher behandelt werden, bevor sie sterben. Wenn ich an Massentierhaltung, Batteriehühner, Tiertransporte usw. denke, wirds mir schlecht. Fleisch von solchen Tieren kann ich einfach nicht essen. Deshalb ess ich, wenn überhaupt, nur Biofleisch oder solches, wo ich sicher sein kann, dass die Tiere zumindest ein erträgliches Leben hatten. Alles andere find ich so widerlich, dass ich nicht verstehen kann, warum Menschen sowas freiwillig essen.
